Notes:
- Last night was the first full night of sleep I’ve had in a week. I think its the extra calories I had yesterday. Jade summed up yesterday nicely for us.

- My pouch cooking was good but I need to make sure the meat is completely thawed and use more spices. My spices are getting old which is kinda good in that I have to use more which makes it easier to get rid of them.
