Shredded Vegetables: 10 cal.
Potato: 30 cal.
Lunch
Broccoli Cheese Soup: 300 cal.
Club Sandwich: 450 cal.
Dinner:
Turkey Speghetti on Whole Wheat Pasta with Cottage Cheese - 550 cal.
Snack:
Rice Cakes: 70 cal.
Running Calorie Total: 1760 cal.
Notes:
- I found a kinda cheap electric skillet at Amazon/Target for about $35. I got the idea from Alton last night with his poaching. I know we’ve made a lot of purchases recently, but its one of those things we’ve been saying we’d like to get. Maybe one will hope down the bunny trail for Easter.
- Update: I found a cheaper skillet @ Target for $20. I’m trying to find some more info on it. Mainly I want to make sure that it has a tempature setting and not 1,2,3.
